Welcome to Lympharis. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.lympharis.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

5. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation acknowledging receipt, but a contract is only formed when we dispatch the product(s) to you. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case we'll refund any payment taken.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of items you've ordered, we'll contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
  • Payment is taken through our third-party payment providers at checkout. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

7. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

If you sign up to a Subscribe & Save plan:

  • You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout (e.g. every 4 weeks) at the then-current subscription price, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel, pause, or skip at any time before your next renewal via your account or by emailing support@lympharis.com.
  • To avoid being charged for the next delivery, please make changes at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
  • We'll give you reasonable notice of any change to your subscription price.

8. Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery timescales and costs are shown at checkout. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

9. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where any part of these Terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Lympharis" name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
  • Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the Site's operation;
  • Resell our products without authorisation, or misrepresent them.

We may suspend or restrict access if you breach these Terms.

12. Reviews & User Content

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is genuine, truthful, and your own, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use and display it. We may remove content that is false, unlawful, or inappropriate.

13. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or losses arising from your failure to follow product labels, dosage guidance, or the health disclaimer in Section 4. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited, where lawful, to the price you paid for that product.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and these Terms don't apply to them.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
